An Integrated Management System (IMS) is a system designed to combines multiple aspects of an organization’s operations and system in line with multiple standards, to one system such as those for quality, environmental and health, and safety management. It saves time and increases the efficiency of the system by addressing all the elements of two or more two systems into one whole IMS.
A good (IMS) eliminates the need for several management systems, which saves time and effort. Instead of conducting separate audits for each Standard, you will only need to conduct one. These procedures can be merged in an IMS to cover all Standard-specific needs at the same time.
