Aerodynamiks Avigation Private Limited was founded in 2006 and has 3 different firms under its umbrella i.e. Aerodynamiks Academy which provides ground training for aspiring pilots and cabin crew as well as ground training to licensed pilots for airlines vacancies. AirOp Aviation Management Services which provides Aviation Technical consultancy services (Non-objection certificate application for building heights). Nautika Offshore Technical Services which provides offshore technical consultancy services for Oil and Gas Industry.

Concern:

Aerodynamiks Academy has established strong root in providing ground training to pilot as well as in providing Cabin Crew trainings, and it’s been leaded by professionals who having immense experience in aviation industries and have worked with multiple types of aircrafts. AirOp Aviation Management Service is a DGCA approved Flight Clearance Agency in India. The company was founded by aviation professionals, some of whom served in our National Airlines, Air force and the Civil Aviation Sector for a number of years.

Though this organization were having highly qualified faculties, trainers and also experienced staff for managing and executing all the operations within, they were lacking to manage and track the system and records in their organization. The management found deficiency in Planning, in Task Management and in traceability of records and works. They thought the effective Quality Management system only will help them to overcome the problem they facing. Also, despite of smooth functioning of business, the Management wants that they should be recognized by reputed QMS certifying agency.

Initially, PQSmitra perceived the Operation and nature of work of the entire organization, also determined the shortfalls which was leading them to come across many complications.

Precise Quality System created awareness amongst employees of organization regarding Good Management practices along with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Organization have set up and following some procedure of work but it was not aligned and organized. PQSmitra assisted them to set proper flow of work and also implemented many good practices which initially they were not following but after practicing they found it effective. General Practice such as Syllabus and Course Planning, keeping separate records of Individual student, Periodic tests and examination records tracking, effective communication with students, New enquiries handing as well as interactions with students regarding the execution of course by taking valuable feedback from them. These are some general practices in which PQSmitra assisted them to get streamlined into. All these practices were implemented in Aerodynamiks Academy, whereas Client’s communication and records tracking management have been looked upon in case of AirOp Aviation Management Service and Nautika Offshore Technical Advisory.

PQSmitra enlighten them to monitor and evaluate the performance of their external service providers and also to make the effective utilization of available resources of manpower and their time. PQSmitra made organization realize the worth of keeping records of each and every operation which were having huge concern. Simultaneously, PQSmitra undergone the process of implementing ISO 9001:2015 Standard in their operations and process, and successfully certified them by highly reputed certification agency i.e. TUV Sud.

Also helped them to understand and determine the potential risk which may hamper their smooth functioning operations.
